| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On August 10, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.01 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2026 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2026. On August 10, 2026, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the Series A Preferred Shares. The dividend of up to $2.0 million will be payable in cash on September 30, 2026 to shareholders of record on September 15, 2026.
