| Other Intangible Assets | 6. Other Intangible Assets The net carrying value of the Company’s in-process research and development (IPR&D) assets was $40 million at each of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. The Company’s IPR&D assets represent the estimated fair value of its pipeline of acquired radiotherapy product candidates. The Company tests its indefinite-lived intangible assets for impairment during the fourth quarter of each year, or more frequently should circumstances change or events occur that would more likely than not reduce the fair value of its assets. No testing was deemed necessary during the three and six months ended June 30, 2026.
