| Subsequent Events | Note 14. Subsequent Events The Company’s management evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of the consolidated financial statements included herein. Other than the items below, there have been no subsequent events that occurred during such period that would require disclosure in this Form 10-Q or would be required to be recognized in the consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2026 and for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026. On August 6, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors declared a regular third quarter cash dividend of $0.34 per share, payable on October 15, 2026 to stockholders of record as of September 30, 2026. |
