| Terminated Merger Agreement with Getty Images | Terminated Merger Agreement with Getty Images On January 6, 2025, the Company entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) to combine in a merger-of-equals transaction with Getty Images Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:GETY) (“Getty Images”) (such transaction referred to herein as the “Merger”). On June 30, 2026, Getty Images filed a Current Report on Form 8-K announcing that its Board of Directors unanimously resolved to terminate the Merger Agreement. The Merger Agreement was terminated on July 7, 2026.
