| Accrued Expenses | Accrued Expenses Accrued expenses consisted of the following (in thousands): As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, compensation-related accrued expenses included amounts due to Giphy employees for compensation earned pre-acquisition and severance costs associated with workforce optimizations. Approximately $1.7 million and $1.5 million of severance costs associated with workforce optimization is included within accrued expenses as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively.
