The accompanying unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of Union Bankshares, Inc. and Subsidiary (together, the Company) as of June 30, 2026, and for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, have been prepared in conformity with GAAP for interim financial information, general practices within the banking industry, and the accounting policies described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (2025 Annual Report). The Company's sole subsidiary is Union Bank. In the opinion of the Company’s management, all adjustments, consisting only of normal recurring adjustments and disclosures necessary for a fair presentation of the information contained herein, have been made. This information should be read in conjunction with the Company’s 2025 Annual Report. The results of operations for the interim period are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations to be expected for the full fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, or any future interim period.

The Company is a “smaller reporting company” and as permitted under the rules and regulations of the SEC, has elected to provide its consolidated statements of income, comprehensive income, changes in stockholders’ equity and cash flows for a two year, rather than three year, period. The Company has also elected to provide certain other scaled disclosures in this report, as permitted for smaller reporting companies. Certain amounts in the 2025 consolidated financial statements have been reclassified to conform to the current year presentation.
