| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Subsequent events represent events or transactions occurring after the balance sheet date but before the financial statements are issued. Financial statements are considered “issued” when they are widely distributed to shareholders and others for general use and reliance in a form and format that complies with GAAP. Events occurring subsequent to June 30, 2026 have been evaluated as to their potential impact to the consolidated financial statements. On July 15, 2026, the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.36 per share, payable August 6, 2026, to stockholders of record on July 27, 2026.
