Under ASU No. 2024-03, public business entities, such as the Company, will be required to disclose in the notes to their financial statements disaggregated information about certain costs and expenses in both annual and interim filings. ASU No. 2025-06 is effective for annual reporting periods beginning after December 15, 2027, with early adoption permitted. The amendments modernize guidance to consider different methods of software development by updating the requirements for capitalization of software costs. The Company is currently assessing the updated guidance; however, it is not expected to have a material impact on the Company's consolidated financial statements.
