| Subsequent Event | NOTE 16 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 1, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its common stock and a corresponding cash dividend of $9.00 per share on its Series D Preferred Stock. The dividend was paid on July 21, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 13, 2026. |
