| Subsequent events | Subsequent events Dividend On July 16, 2026, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend for the third quarter of 2026 of $0.1875 per common share, which is payable on September 24, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 10, 2026. The declaration of any future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and subject to Bermuda and other applicable laws.
