| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Management has evaluated subsequent events through August 6, 2026, the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Based on this evaluation, other than disclosed below, there were no additional material events identified which require adjustment or disclosure in these financial statements. On July 10, 2026 the Company was notified that its shares of common stock were approved to trade on the OTCQB market under the symbol DBHL.
