Note 8: Property Held For Sale
During the three months ended June 30, 2025, the Company acquired a building complex for possible future bank premises. The complex consisted of three buildings and the associated land. Two buildings were designated as held for sale upon acquisition and are in the property held for sale line item on the Consolidated Statements of Financial Condition as of June 30, 2026. The sales of the two buildings are currently expected to close in 2026. The carrying amount of the two buildings designated as held for sale was $2.8 million as of June 30, 2026.
