Stock options and Full Value Awards totaling 442,179 shares and 152,256 shares for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and 387,834 and 232,361 shares for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively were excluded from the computation of diluted earnings per share because their effect would have been antidilutive.
