| Sale of Hotel Properties | Sales of Hotel Properties In connection with the sales of hotel properties, the Company recorded net losses of $0.1 million and $3.8 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and a net loss of $0.4 million and a net gain of $0.9 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. On June 4, 2026, the Company sold the 151-room Hyatt Place Fremont Silicon Valley hotel property in Fremont, California for a sales price of $13.2 million. On March 6, 2025, the Company sold the 181-room Courtyard Atlanta Buckhead hotel property in Atlanta, Georgia for a sales price of $24.3 million.
