ASSETS HELD FOR SALE	ASSETS HELD FOR SALE Assets held for sale comprise properties not included in inventory that are expected to be sold within 12 months and meet the held-for-sale criteria of ASC 360-10-45-9. The basis of these properties was $59.1 million and $5.4 million, as of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, respectively. As the basis in these properties was less than the fair value, including costs to sell, no impairment was recognized during the six months ended June 30, 2026. See Note 1 — Basis of Presentation for additional information regarding our assets held for sale balance as of June 30, 2026 and related subsequent events.
