16. Subsequent Events
On July 1, 2026, the
Company acquired a 67% equity interest in a twelve-clinic practice with the practice owners retaining a 33% equity
interest.
On August 4, 2026, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.46
per share payable on September 11, 2026, to shareholders of record on August 21, 2026.
