14. Share Repurchases
During the three months ended June 30, 2026, the Company repurchased 306,256
shares of its common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $19.2 million under its share repurchase program authorized by the Board
of Directors. The repurchased shares were recorded as treasury stock and reduced stockholders’ equity.
