| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On August 4, 2026, the Company's Board of Directors declared an increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.47 per share on the Company's common stock, which will be paid on or about August 28, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 21, 2026.
