| ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUED LIABILITIES | ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCRUED LIABILITIES Accounts payable and accrued liabilities consisted of the following as of June 30:
Venture Agreement The Company's venture agreement with The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) for the Company’s Glad bags and wraps business (the Venture Agreement) expired on January 31, 2026. In connection with this agreement, P&G provided research and development (R&D) support to the Glad business. As of June 30, 2025, P&G had a 20% interest in the venture. The Company paid a royalty to P&G for its interest in the profits, losses and cash flows, as contractually defined, of the Glad business, which is included in Cost of products sold. The Venture Agreement, at its expiration, required the Company to purchase P&G’s 20% interest for cash at fair value as established by predetermined valuation procedures. As of June 30, 2025, the estimated fair value of P&G’s interest was $476, of which $501 was recognized and reflected in Accounts payable and accrued liabilities in the Company’s consolidated balance sheet. On January 31, 2026, the Company and P&G agreed that the Company would purchase P&G’s 20% interest, which was paid in cash for $476 on March 2, 2026 and is reflected in Operating activities within the consolidated statement of cash flows. The Glad business will continue to retain the exclusive core intellectual property licenses contributed by P&G on a royalty-free basis for the licensed products marketed.
