  <cov:taStatementAboutAmendment>Part III Item 9 is being amended to revise the Firm-Up Periods for Conditional Orders.  Specifically, the Firm-Up Period for (i) NMO Conditional Orders and (ii) Conditional Orders that, assuming they were "firm" at the time of a conditional match, would have allowed the order triggering the Invite to execute at the midpoint of the NBBO or better at the time of such conditional match (that is, the midpoint or higher where the Conditional Order is a buy order and the midpoint or lower where the Conditional Order is a sell order) will be 100 milliseconds. For all other Conditional Orders, the Firm-Up Period will be 20 milliseconds.

The changes herein impact all subscribers and are applicable to IBKR as ATS operator. There are no other changes in this amendment.</cov:taStatementAboutAmendment>
