As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Trust held 854,642.67477818 and 733,993.75276361 Ether, respectively. The Trust determined the fair value per Ether to be $1,578.53 and $2,971.94 on June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively, using the price provided at 4:00 p.m., New York time, by the Digital Asset Trading Platform Market considered to be the Trust’s principal market (Crypto.com).
