| Subsequent Events | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Cash Tender Offer In accordance with the terms and conditions of a tender offer by CSC II (the "Tender Offer") to purchase shares of Class A common stock of Optimum Communications from unaffiliated stockholders at a purchase price of $2.50 per share, in July 2026 CSC II purchased 120,000,000 shares for an aggregate purchase price of $300,000, excluding fees and expenses related to the Tender Offer.
