| ACCOUNTING STANDARDS | ACCOUNTING STANDARDS Recently Issued But Not Yet Adopted Accounting Pronouncements ASU No. 2025-11, Interim Reporting (Topic 270)—Narrow-Scope Improvements In December 2025, the Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB") issued Accounting Standard Update ("ASU") No. 2025-11, Interim Reporting (Topic 270): Narrow-Scope Improvements. The update is intended to improve the navigability of interim reporting guidance and clarify the required disclosures for interim periods. Key amendments include the establishment of a comprehensive list of required interim disclosures within Topic 270 and the introduction of a disclosure principle requiring an entity to disclose events occurring since the most recent annual reporting period that have a material impact on the entity. The amendments also clarify the form and content requirements for condensed financial statements, including specific significance thresholds for financial statement captions. The ASU becomes effective for us for interim periods beginning January 1, 2028, with early adoption permitted. We are currently evaluating the impact that the adoption of this guidance will have on our consolidated financial statements and related disclosures. ASU No. 2025-06 Intangibles—Goodwill and Other—Internal-Use Software In September 2025, the FASB issued ASU 2025-06 Intangibles—Goodwill and Other—Internal-Use Software related to accounting for internal-use software costs. The amendments in this update improve the operability of the guidance by removing all references to software development project stages so that the guidance is neutral to different software development methods. ASU 2025-06 becomes effective for us on January 1, 2028, though early adoption is permitted. We are currently evaluating the impact of adopting ASU 2025-06 on our consolidated financial statements and related disclosures. ASU No. 2024-03 Income Statement—Reporting Comprehensive Income—Expense Disaggregation Disclosures In November 2024, the FASB issued ASU No. 2024-03 Income Statement—Reporting Comprehensive Income—Expense Disaggregation Disclosures, which requires disaggregated disclosures of certain categories of expenses on an annual and interim basis. ASU 2024-03 becomes effective for us for annual reporting periods beginning January 1, 2027, and interim reporting periods beginning January 1, 2028. We are currently evaluating the impact of adopting ASU 2024-03 on our consolidated financial statements and related disclosures, but we expect the adoption will result in additional disaggregation of expense captions within our footnote disclosures.
