Commitments and contingencies Legal proceedings From time to time, the Company may be subject to legal proceedings, claims and disputes that arise in the ordinary course of business. The Company accrues a liability for such matters when it is probable that future expenditures will be made and that such expenditures can be reasonably estimated. As of June 30, 2026, the Company is not a party to any litigation and does not have a contingency reserve established for any litigation liabilities. |
