Note 10.  Fair Value of Financial Instruments

The carrying value amounts of cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, notes receivable and other current assets, accounts payable, accrued expenses, bank acceptance payable and other current liabilities approximate fair value because of the short-term maturity of these instruments. The Company believes that the interest rates in effect at each period end represent the current market rates for similar borrowings.

The Company's accounts receivable was $314.0 million as of June 30, 2026. Of this amount, $211.0 million was due from Digicomm International Inc. For the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, our top ten customers represented 99% and 98% of our revenue, respectively. For the three months ended  June 30, 2026, our top three customers represented 42%, 26% and 24% of our revenue, respectively. For the three months ended June 30, 2025, our top three customers represented 54%, 34% and 6% of our revenue, respectively. For the six months ended  June 30, 2026, our top three customers represented 43%, 26% and 24% of our revenue, respectively. For the six months ended June 30, 2025, our top three customers represented 59%, 30% and 5% of our revenue, respectively.

The fair value of convertible senior notes is measured for disclosure purposes only. The fair value and carrying amount of our convertible senior notes as of  June 30, 2026 was $445.1 million and $129.1 million, respectively. As of December 31, 2025, the fair value and carrying amount of our convertible senior notes was $145.2 million and $129.8 million, respectively. The fair value is based on observable market prices for this debt, which is traded in less active markets and is therefore classified as a Level 2 fair value measurement. The significant increase in the fair value of the convertible senior notes relative to their carrying amount as of June 30, 2026 is primarily attributable to a substantial increase in the market price of the Company's common stock during the quarter, which increased the value of the conversion feature embedded in the notes.
