1 As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the accounts payable and other accrued liabilities included $0.1 million and $2.3 million, respectively, in loss contingency due to a purchase obligation shortfall stemming from the AWS minimum commitment obligation that is not probable of being recovered through usage or other means and $2.4 million and $2.8 million, respectively, in legal settlement liabilities.
