Cash equivalents in the tables above exclude cash demand deposits of $49.6 million and $102.6 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. Unrealized gains and losses are included in accumulated other comprehensive loss, and as of June

30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, no unrealized losses on available-for-sale securities have resulted from credit risk. All available-for-sale securities held as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 had contractual maturities of less than one year. No available-for-sale securities held as of the periods presented have been in a continuous unrealized loss position for more than 12 months. To date, the Company has not recorded any impairment charges on its investments.
