Fair Value of Financial Instruments

8. Fair Value of Financial Instruments

The Company’s financial instruments consist primarily of cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, accounts payable, finance leases and debt. The carrying amounts of all financial instruments reported on the condensed consolidated balance sheets at June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 are considered to approximate fair value either due to the relatively short period of time between the origination of these financial instruments and their expected realization, or the interest rates associated with the debt obligations approximate current market rates.
