In addition, during the second quarter of 2026, the Company recorded a legal contingency accrual of $1.1 million, reflected in general and administrative expenses on our unaudited condensed consolidated statement of operations.
[8] Represents a decrease of $4.6 million to a previously estimated accrual for the settlement of a regulatory related matter during the second quarter of 2025, reflected in general and administrative expenses on our unaudited condensed consolidated statement of operations.

The Company considers such recovery to be non-recurring in nature.

These costs include stranded costs of $0.4 million and $0.9 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively, and $0.3 million and $0.5 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively.
