| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Dividend Declaration On July 23, 2026, the Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share of the Company's common stock, payable on October 22, 2026 to stockholders of record on October 1, 2026, and estimated to be $12.2 million in total. Share Repurchase Authorizations On July 23, 2026, the Board authorized the Company to repurchase an additional $50.0 million of shares of the Company's common stock through the end of the year 2026, increasing the 2026 share repurchase authorization to $200.0 million.
