Nature of Operations and Basis of Presentation	Note 1 – Nature of Operations and Basis of Presentation CACI International Inc (collectively, with its consolidated subsidiaries, “CACI,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) is a leading provider of Technology and Expertise to customers in support of national security in the intelligence, defense, and federal civilian sectors, operating through two reportable segments: Domestic Operations and International Operations. The Company’s customers include agencies and departments of the United States (U.S.) government, various state and local government agencies, foreign governments, and commercial enterprises. The consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the U.S. (GAAP) and include the accounts of CACI and our majority owned subsidiaries. All intercompany balances and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. Certain prior year amounts have been reclassified to conform to the current year presentation.
