| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events Subsequent to June 30, 2026, U.S. Customs and Border Protection remitted approximately $6.3 million related to previously filed tariff refund claims. The related tariff refund receivables had been sold to a financial institution prior to June 30, 2026. Accordingly, the cash receipts were applied in accordance with the terms of the receivables sale arrangement and did not result in additional revenue, gains, or operating cash flows for the Company.
