In January 2026, the Company approved one-time conditional retention bonus awards for certain executive officers and, subject to the terms of the awards, agreed to the cancellation of unvested cash-settled long-term incentive awards previously granted under the Company’s Amended and Restated 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan. There were 1,115,886 RCUs that were forfeited in the six months ended June 30, 2026 related to the one-time conditional retention bonus awards.
