For the quarters ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, weighted-average restricted stock units with an anti-dilutive effect on earnings per common share (“EPS”) not included in the calculation amounted to 238 and zero, respectively. For the six-month periods ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, weighted-average restricted stock units with an anti-dilutive effect on EPS not included in the calculation amounted to zero and 99, respectively.
During the first quarter of 2026, OFG increased its quarterly common stock cash dividend to $0.35 per share from $0.30 per share at December 31, 2025.
