Servicing Assets Servicing Assets
The Company sells SBA and certain residential mortgage loans with servicing retained. SBA loans are included in commercial real estate loans (“CRE SBA”) and commercial and industrial loans (“C&I SBA”). The Company sold loans of $17.1 million and $26.9 million, respectively, with the servicing rights retained and recognized a net gain on sale of $1.2 million and $1.5 million, respectively, during the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025. For the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company sold loans of $38.9 million and $43.6 million, respectively, with the servicing rights retained and recognized a net gain on sale of $2.6 million and $2.4 million, respectively. Loan servicing income was $802 thousand and $760 thousand, respectively, for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, and $1.6 million and
$1.5 million, respectively, for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025.
