Subsequent Events Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of these financial statements and has determined that there are no subsequent events outside the ordinary scope of business that require adjustment to, or disclosure in, the consolidated financial statements other than those disclosed below. Distribution Declarations On August 5, 2026, the Company’s Board declared a base distribution of $0.31 per share, payable on September 24, 2026 to stockholders of record as of September 8, 2026. There can be no assurances that the Board will continue to declare a base distribution of $0.31 per share. 2026 Notes Maturity On July 16, 2026, the Company repaid the 2026 Notes. |
