NOTE 7 – GOODWILL AND INTANGIBLE ASSETS, NET Goodwill The Company recognized goodwill of $3.3 million from the non-material acquisition of a managed media advertising business on April 1, 2026. Goodwill is evaluated for potential impairment annually, as of the beginning of the fourth quarter, and whenever events or changes in circumstances indicate that the carrying amount of goodwill may not be recoverable.
