| Major Customer | Major Customer The Company earns loan servicing revenue from a servicing contract with the U.S. Department of Education (the "Department") that became effective in April 2023 and has a five-year base period, with 2 two-year and 1 one-year possible extensions. Revenue earned by the Company related to this contract was $74.6 million and $85.7 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively, and $150.8 million and $173.1 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.
