Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Cash Distributions/Dividends On July 7, 2026, RBI paid a cash dividend of $0.65 per RBI common share to common shareholders of record on June 23, 2026. Partnership made a distribution to RBI as holder of Class A common units in the amount of the aggregate dividends declared and paid by RBI on RBI common shares and also made a distribution in respect of each Partnership exchangeable unit in the amount of $0.65 per exchangeable unit to holders of record on June 23, 2026. Subsequent to June 30, 2026, the RBI board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.65 per RBI common share, which will be paid on October 2, 2026 to RBI common shareholders of record on September 18, 2026. Partnership will make a distribution to RBI as holder of Class A common units in the amount of the aggregate dividends declared and paid by RBI on RBI common shares. Partnership will also make a distribution in respect of each Partnership exchangeable unit in the amount of $0.65 per Partnership exchangeable unit, and the record date and payment date for such distribution will be the same as the record date and payment date for the cash dividend per RBI common share set forth above. RBI Share Repurchases Subsequent to June 30, 2026 through July 31, 2026, RBI repurchased 463,385 of RBI's common shares for $35 million and as of July 31, 2026 had $794 million remaining under the share repurchase authorization. Pursuant to the terms of the partnership agreement, Partnership made a distribution to RBI on the Class A common units in an amount sufficient for RBI to fund such share repurchases.

Cash Distributions/Dividends

On July 7, 2026, RBI paid a cash dividend of $0.65 per RBI common share to common shareholders of record on June 23, 2026.
