Money market funds are included in cash and cash equivalents on the condensed consolidated balance sheet and are measured at fair value on a recurring basis. These instruments are classified within Level 1 of the fair value hierarchy because they are valued using quoted prices in active markets for identical assets.

There were no transfers between Levels 1, 2, or 3 of the fair value hierarchy during the periods presented.

The carrying amounts of prepaid expenses and other current assets, accounts payable, and accrued expenses and other current liabilities approximate fair value due to their short-term nature.
