| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On July 15, 2026, Gemstar Technology (Yangzhou) Co.ltd.(“GTY”), a subsidiary of the Company, extended its existing line of credit with Bank of China Limited, Baoying sub-branch. Under the amended loan agreement, GTY`s borrowing capacity remains 130,000,000 RMB for general business purposes through July 9, 2027.
