| Summary of Ownership of LD Holdings | The following table summarizes the ownership of LD Holdings as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. On February 11, 2026, pursuant to the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation dated February 11, 2021, each outstanding share of the Company’s Class C common stock was converted into one share of Class B common stock, and each outstanding share of Class D common stock was converted into one share of Class A common stock. All outstanding Class C and Class D shares converted automatically and without further action on the part of the Company or any holder of Class C or Class D common stock. As of February 11, 2026, immediately following the conversion, there were 228,569,593 shares of Class A common stock outstanding and 106,207,433 shares of Class B common stock outstanding. There were no shares of Class C or Class D common stock outstanding following the conversion.
