Deferred Revenue and Remaining Performance Obligations

The amount of revenue recognized in the six months ended June 30, 2026 that was included in deferred revenue as of December 31, 2025 was $95.2 million.

As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, unrecognized transaction price related to remaining performance obligations was $483.0 million and $417.7 million, respectively. Deferred Commissions

Commissions paid upon the initial acquisition of a contract are deferred and then amortized on a straight-line basis over a period of benefit, determined to be five years. Commissions paid for subsequent renewals are amortized over the renewal term.
