Results of the Eighth Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Perpetuals.com Ltd

The Eighth Ordinary General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of shareholders of Perpetuals.com Ltd (the “Company”) was held on July 24, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., Japan Standard Time in Tokyo, Japan. At the Meeting, the shareholders of the Company approved and adopted the resolution as originally proposed: the approval of financial statements for the eighth fiscal year (From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026) (“Resolution One”).

A total of 8,369,647 votes, representing approximately 24.71% of the votes exercisable as of April 30, 2026, the record date, were present in person or by proxy at the Meeting. The results of the votes were as follows:
