| SUBSEQUENT EVENT | SUBSEQUENT EVENT Subsequent to June 30, 2026, on July 16, 2026, the Company contributed approximately $2.3 million to TRC-DP1, LLC pursuant to a capital call under the joint venture agreement. The contribution represents additional equity funding for the development of the joint venture's industrial project.
