(“Datadog” or the “Company”) was incorporated in the State of Delaware on June 4, 2010. On April 21, 2026, the Company completed its conversion from a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware to a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. The Company is the AI-powered observability and security platform for cloud applications. The Company’s SaaS platform integrates and automates infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring, log management, user experience monitoring, cloud security, service management, and many other capabilities to provide unified, real-time observability and security of its customers’ entire technology stack. The Company is headquartered in New York City and has various other global office locations.
