(1)     Foreign currency gains (losses), net for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 primarily relate to the remeasurement of U.S. dollar-denominated intercompany balances held by certain foreign subsidiaries whose functional currencies are not the U.S. dollar, principally subsidiaries with Euro functional currencies. The amount of foreign currency gains or losses recognized depends on both the magnitude and direction of exchange-rate movements during the period and the level of outstanding intercompany balances.
