| Basis of Presentation | Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited interim consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”) for interim financial information. Accordingly, these statements do not include all of the information and notes required by GAAP for complete financial statements. The consolidated balance sheet as of June 30, 2026, the consolidated statements of operations, consolidated statements of comprehensive income and consolidated statements of changes in stockholders’ equity for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 and the consolidated statements of cash flows for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 are unaudited. In the opinion of management, the interim data includes all normal recurring adjustments necessary for a fair statement of the results for the interim periods. The unaudited interim consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and all of its wholly owned subsidiaries. All inter-company transactions and balances are eliminated in consolidation. Operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be expected for the year ending December 31, 2026. The accompanying unaudited interim consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and related notes included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025. Restricted Cash Restricted cash and cash equivalents of $99.0 million and $102.0 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively, principally related to cash deposits involving insurance programs with restrictions as to withdrawal and use, are classified within cash and cash equivalents in the consolidated balance sheets.
