| Subsequent Events | 11. Subsequent Events During the third-quarter of 2026, through July 30, 2026, as a result of sales of shares under our Sales Agreement with TD Cowen and upon exercise of certain warrants issued in the August 2023 PIPE, the Company received aggregate proceeds of $31.7 million and issued an aggregate of 2,690,696 ADSs.
