Earnings Per Share [Abstract]
Net Loss Per Share
The Company computes basic net loss per share by dividing net loss by the weighted-average number of ordinary shares outstanding during the period. The Company computes diluted net loss per share by dividing net loss by the weighted-average number of shares and dilutive potential share equivalents then outstanding during the period. The Company’s potentially dilutive securities, which include unvested ordinary shares, unvested restricted share units, options granted and equity-classified warrants, have been excluded from the computation of diluted net loss per share as the effect would be to reduce the net loss per share. Therefore, the weighted-average number of ordinary shares outstanding used to calculate both basic and diluted net loss per share attributable to ordinary shareholders is the same.
The Company excluded the following ordinary shares subject to issuance upon the vesting of equity awards, the exercise of options and warrants outstanding at each period end and the purchase of shares under the employee share purchase plan, from the computation of diluted net loss per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for the periods presented because including them would have had an anti-dilutive effect:
